Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Rates

Orders of $30 or more receive free tracked standard shipping automatically - no promo codes or minimum thresholds to enter. Orders under $30 ship for a flat rate of $4.99.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping typically arrives within 6 to 12 business days from the date your order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees — occasional carrier delays, weather events, or high-volume periods may extend delivery windows.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after being placed. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder first, then contact us at support@thesteadyhealth.com and we will locate your order.

Delivery Issues

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and any secure locations around your delivery address, check with your building management or front desk if applicable, and allow an additional 24 hours as packages are occasionally marked as delivered before the final drop-off is made. If you still cannot locate your package after 48 hours, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged packaging and product. We will send a replacement at no cost.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses via USPS. Standard shipping timelines apply, though deliveries to military addresses may take additional time depending on location.
