What's Covered

You may request a full refund on your first order within 30 days of the delivery date. This applies to both one-time purchases and the first shipment of a subscription order. The guarantee is limited to one refund per customer and per household.

Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions apply. You must contact us within 30 days of your delivery date. You must have used the product as directed - we designed this guarantee so you can genuinely try it, not so unused packs can be returned for free. We may ask for your order number and delivery confirmation. We do not require you to return the product - there is no return shipping involved.

What's Not Covered

Refund requests made after the 30-day window has passed. Second or subsequent orders - the guarantee applies to your first purchase only. Orders where a chargeback or payment dispute has already been filed - please contact us directly first and we will resolve it. Bulk or resale purchases.

Subscriptions

You can cancel, pause, or skip your subscription at any time from your account dashboard - no penalties, no cancellation fees, no hoops. If you cancel before your next shipment processes, you will not be charged. The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your first subscription shipment only. Subsequent shipments are not eligible for the guarantee but can be avoided entirely by managing your subscription before the next billing date.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us at support@thesteadyhealth.com with your order number and a brief note about your experience. We process all refund requests within 3 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
